Last March, I did a post featuring some lovely kimono. Here are a few more artistic pics I have collected for you to enjoy!
You can get a better idea of the traditional makeup style in these shots. Notice how the red in the kimono pics up the red of their lip and eye makeup.

Sanrio.com has updated their catalog for the holidays with some awesome new products, including some sophisticated pumps and flats us big kids at heart. While they're not cheap, they are so chic and I love the details! (P.S. Santa, I've been super good this year! lol)

Kawaii Hair Color Ideas from Japan
Here are a few Japanese magazine scans I wanted to share because of the awesome hairstyle/color ideas they've given me. Enjoy :)
After looking at all these pics, I'm really wanting to dye my hair two-toned or just get a big blonde streak on the side of my hair. Leave it up to Japan to come up with the coolest beauty ideas! :)

This one shows you how to apply uber-trendy colored extensions to your hair. So pretty! |

Here's a cool take on the two-toned hair look. Check out the small pics at the bottom - I love the big blonde chunk on the side of her hair! |

More cute hairstyles. Again loving the blonde chunk of hair you can see in the small pics at the bottom. Pretty makeup too! |

This kawaii girl has the most unique haircolor I've seen in awhile! Pinkish-purplish-greyish? Really cool! |

Super Kawaii Liz Lisa Dress
Found some awesome PopSister magazine scans today over at Ekiblog and totally fell in love with this Liz Lisa (site in Japanese) dress! It is a little short but I just love the drop waist, the lacy hem, and the big bow on the side. I need this in my life.

Hello Kitty x VANS!!!
Everytime I go to Target, I gaze bitterly at the Hello Kitty shoes for little girls, and say to myself, "Why can't anyone make Hello Kitty shoes for big girls too?" Well, VANS has heard my desperate plea and responded with this:
I know, right?! Kawaii beyond belief! So perfectly Hello Kitty and so perfectly my style. Apparently they're coming out June 1st, so right in time to be the best belated birthday present for me (May 29th is my bday)! For more details on these awesome kicks, head on over to nitrolicious.

Beautifully crazy footwear from Irregular Choice
I was tipped off to this wacky but totally original brand over at Drop Dead Cute and had to check it out for myself. Irregular Choice has some amazingly imaginative designs, their shoes in particular. Never seen anything like it! You'd definitely not have to worry about having the same old shoes as everyone else.

These are my faves. I would totally wear these had I an outfit to match. Check out the gorgeous see-thru heel! |

Beautiful kimono
Just wanted to share these pics of beautiful girls in colorful kimono. They look like elegant geisha. I really want a kimono but they're so expensive. Back in the hey-day of the geisha, a hand-crafted kimono could cost a year's salary! Can you imagine buying one outfit that cost that much?
