Today's Makeup Look - Venetian Blue

A few months back, I got this beautiful Revlon matte eyeshadow in Venetian Blue, but until today had never used it.  It's really bright, and I honestly don't have much experience working with matte shadows, so it's just been sitting there.  But it's really lovely and I'm glad I finally tried it out!
First, I applied an ice blue cream eyeshadow as a base all over the lid.  On top of that, I applied a medium blue eyeshadow, then the matte Venetian Blue in the crease and blended it out.
Above the crease, I applied silver, then finally shimmery white under the brow and in the inner corners.  I also brought the Venetian Blue under my lower lash line to tie the look together.

Lastly, I used black gel eyeliner on top and in the waterline.  Tip:  Applying black to your waterline intensifies your eye color (as shown in the above pic taken with flash).
